This is currently zoned Residential, city is agreeable to multi-family or commercial. They want to see drawing of proposed structure to be put on property, before updating the zoning. Large lot with big trees. There are utilities on the back of property. There is a 14 ft easement (sewage) from the front center manhole on Mitchell Blvd. to the manhole at the back of property. Water will need to connected from across the street into that easement. Nothing can be put on that easement and water can not cross from north to south thru that easement.
